I'm Angeline, a Brooklyn-based certified personal trainer and group fitness instructor. I've been involved with movement my entire life, spending most adolescent years on stage as a competitive dancer. I now use exercise to add balance and wellness to the overwhelming demands of adulthood. While strength and high intensity interval training are home-base, I like to explore all facets of fitness. This means also training for flexibility, mobility, agility, power, balance, and endurance.
Outside of fitness, you can catch me exploring New York with family and friends. I especially love finding local treats that make each neighborhood in the city unique.
